Nous faisons de notre mieux, et c\u2019est pour cela que certaines formes de plaintes ou de critiques peuvent nous heurter si fort.<\/p>\n<p>Nous pouvons tr\u00e8s rapidement nous sentir incompris, sous-\u00e9valu\u00e9s ou rejet\u00e9s. Notre r\u00e9action naturelle est de nous d\u00e9fendre, de trouver des inexactitudes dans la critique ou des faiblesses dan sla vie de celui qui la prof\u00e8re. Si nous ne faisons pas attention, nous pouvons nous mettre en col\u00e8re, ou nous isoler pour nous apitoyer sur nous-m\u00eames. Ou bien nous pouvons arr\u00eater une mission donn\u00e9e par Dieu. Ou bien nous pouvons devenir amers, agressifs et ne plus ressembler \u00e0 des chr\u00e9tiens !
